Complete and separate financial and cost accounts

of each of the functions transferred to or carried on by

the Port Trust under this Ordinance shall also be kept. (b) The forms and manner shall be such as are prescribed

by the Governor or by regulations made from time to

time

(a) If at any time it appears to the Governor in Council

that sufficient provision is not being made to meet the liabilities of the Port Trust the Governor may

in Council

require the Port Trust to make such provision by

increasing all or any of the Port Dues and charges

to such extent and for such period as the Governor in Council may approve.

(b) If within one month after receipt of a requisition

under paragraph (a) of this sub-section, the Port

Trust does not comply with the same the Governor in

Council may, by notification increase all or any of the Port dues and charges and the dues and charges imposed by such notification shall have the same force and · effect as the dues and charges sanctioned and published under this Ordinance.

(a) If at any time it appears to the Governor in Council

that any Port dues and charges should be reduced the

Governor in Council may call upon the Port Trust to

reduce the same.

(b) If within two months after receipt of such requisition

the Port Trust does not make the necessary reduction, the Governor in Council may, by notification, make such reduction and the reduced dues and charges prescribed

by such notification shall have the same force and effect

as if they were sanctioned and published under this

Ordinance.
